Aidan Connell is a 21st century bluesman and singer songwriter who has been hailed as the saviour of contemporary British Blues his live performances have been praised by music legends including Jeff Beck, Gary Clark Jr and Seasick Steve. Aidan Connell is influenced by Blues icons such as Muddy Waters and Howlin’ Wolf, combining blues swagger with well crafted songwriting and guitar virtuosity which reinterprets the well worn blues genre with a fresh approach and much needed urgency.

British Blues Club presents a special evening of live music from Aidan Connell playing tracks from his current album Grio and forthcoming album “East’.

With every show a euphoric be-in encompassing foot stomping blues and hypnotic freak with opening slots for Otis Grand, Gary Clark Jr and Seasick Steve.

Shows have drawn in die hard blues fans as well as a devout following from the wider gig going public. Aidan has extensively toured Europe, Scandinavia and North America.
